Connexio develop supports projects in Argentina in the education, peace and agriculture sectors

Argentina

Argentina and especially Buenos Aires, the capital, is characterized by stark contrasts: Skyscrapers and luxury on the one hand, numerous poor districts on the other. Large sections of the population there suffer from unemployment, violence and addiction problems; many do not receive unemployment benefits and are therefore unable to feed their families. Children support their families by working, begging or stealing.

Connexio develop uses the contributions to support activities such as training and further education and social projects.

"In a fragmented society where laws don't work, I have learned to set myself short-term goals and to be happy about small steps forward. The important thing is to act and bring about change. I want to make the invisible visible and give a voice to those who are not heard."
