"Flor, we need to talk to you!"

The children call her "Flor" and even when she is doing office work, she is always ready to listen to spontaneous requests. Florencia de Miguel is a social worker at the socio-educational center of the "Lechería de la Solidaridad". She talks about what motivates and sometimes frustrates her.
