Sie leisten einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Sicherung und Weiterentwicklung des Programms in der Demokratischen Republik Kongo. Dabei pflegen Sie enge Beziehungen zu unseren Partnerorganisationen und engagieren sich aktiv in relevanten Fachgruppen und Netzwerken. Sie unterstützen die nationale Koordinationsperson bei der Begleitung der Partnerorganisationen sowie im Monitoring und bei der Wirkungsmessung. Darüber hinaus bauen Sie das institutio-nelle Fundraising von Connexio develop und Connexio hope auf.

Connexio hope is the organization for church cooperation. We support partner churches around the world in their various tasks - and are looking for new members for the board for this responsible activity.
What you can expect:
The Executive Board meets four to six times a year. The meetings usually take place in the evenings during the week, either in person or online - whichever fits in best with everyday life. Once a year, we invite people to a retreat (Friday evening to Saturday) to work in depth on strategic topics.
What you bring with you:
An interest in church contexts, enjoyment of working together and a willingness to take on responsibility. Previous experience is welcome, but not essential - what counts is your curiosity and commitment. The language of negotiation is German. Knowledge of French or English will facilitate cooperation with our partners.
What we offer:
The work is voluntary, but not for free: travel and other expenses are of course reimbursed. In return, you will gain a unique insight into the work of a globally active organization and can help shape it with your ideas.
