You will make a significant contribution to securing and further developing the program in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. In doing so, you will maintain close relationships with our partner organizations and actively participate in relevant expert groups and networks. You will support the national coordinator in providing guidance to partner organizations, as well as in monitoring and measuring impact. In addition, you will establish institutional fundraising for Connexio develop and Connexio hope.

Connexio hope is the organization for church cooperation. We support partner churches around the world in their various tasks - and are looking for new members for the board for this responsible activity.
What you can expect:
The Executive Board meets four to six times a year. The meetings usually take place in the evenings during the week, either in person or online - whichever fits in best with everyday life. Once a year, we invite people to a retreat (Friday evening to Saturday) to work in depth on strategic topics.
What you bring with you:
An interest in church contexts, enjoyment of working together and a willingness to take on responsibility. Previous experience is welcome, but not essential - what counts is your curiosity and commitment. The language of negotiation is German. Knowledge of French or English will facilitate cooperation with our partners.
What we offer:
The work is voluntary, but not for free: travel and other expenses are of course reimbursed. In return, you will gain a unique insight into the work of a globally active organization and can help shape it with your ideas.
