Topic:
"Struggling for peace, despite everything"

With the invasion of the rebel group M23 at the end of January, life has become unimaginably difficult for the population of eastern Congo. Various churches in the DR Congo are calling for prayer, helping the displaced and have jointly launched a peace initiative.
How are the people in eastern Congo doing at the moment?
What does the situation mean for the peacebuilding project?
What has the churches' peace initiative achieved so far?
And how does a coordinator not lose heart and keep hope?
